Interview
At first, the recruiter showed lots of interests and said they are really excited about me. After passing the interview with the hiring manager, they gave me a take home assignment. I spent the whole 48 hours on it. I think I did great and even added some extra point efforts on it. Then there was a silent. Even they didn’t bother sending me a rejection email.
I spent the whole 2 days on that just for nothing. Not even a rejection email. Don’t waste your time spending so many times on something that they don’t even care about your time.
