I applied online and received an email to schedule a phone interview. I was nervous but it went ok. We both asked a lot of questions and I was provided with a good overall view of what the company was about/looking for. However, I was told that I would be contacted by Friday. This was on a Wednesday. Friday came and went and I sent an email inquiring about my status (or lack thereof) in the process and was completely ignored. I found that to be very unprofessional. They could not even send me a "sorry but we decided you are not a match..." email. Guess I was not worth the trouble.
