In each round no one in the company could really articulate the breakdown between actual consulting work and how the work integrates with their software. The first two rounds with more junior people were pleasant conversations and I have nothing bad to say about them. The third interview was with their general manager. This guy was not only rude but clearly had no idea what the consultants actually do at the company. I asked him “where do you see the company in 5 years?”; to which he responded “That’s a stupid question.” I finished out the call out of professional courtesy but was no longer interested in working for them.
