I was contacted by a recruiter about the ProfitWell position. I had a 30-minute phone call with a ProfitWell staffer, which seemed to go well, and then was asked to spend up to 5 hours on a design challenge. I was told that I would have a follow-up call after I submitted the design. But after completing the challenge, there was no call. Rather I was sent a very brief email explaining I wasn't senior enough for the position, something which could have been gauged by my resume and portfolio. All and all, super frustrating that I was asked to dedicate so much time to this project, especially when I'd never gone out of my way to apply for the job in the first place.
