Interview
Went through 4 rounds, last round was a three hour loop which included a 30-minute presentation that was recorded over Zoom. I've reached out to the recruiter multiple times and not received any feedback including a rejection. Read the other negative interview reviews here and you will see that this company is a waste of your time: as a place to interview at, as a place to work at, or as a company to do business with.

Interview
Overall had a great experience and really efficient interview process, all in all it took about two weeks from initial contact with a recruiter to receiving an offer. Spoke to the recruiter first to learn more about the role, then had an initial phone screen with a member of the team which included a brief behavioral challenge . Next was the "onsite" interview (on Zoom due to COVID) which included a presentation of an interview challenge and 1:1s with other members of the team. Met with the CEO for the final round interview.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ProfitWell
Interview
I interviewed with ProfitWell in October of 2019. The interview process took 2 weeks and was highly unprofessional. I had 1 initial call where I was asked 0 questions and the person was late to her own meeting. During the 30ish minutes, I was told about the company mission first, details about the founders, and then the different offerings/departments of the company (which was a very jumbled and confusing pitch that didn't do a great job of explaining the separations). Then time ran out and I was told that I did a fantastic job (I barely spoke) and would be moved on to the next interview round.
A week passed and I heard nothing so I reached out for feedback. A few days after that I bumped my email again. After a week of not hearing anything from my emails, I sent a final email which received a response in about 30 minutes. In that response, the recruiter gave me a paragraph of excuses as to why she didn't get back to me, then said the hiring manager was looking for someone who would require less ramp time, and they wouldn't be moving me forward.
I would echo the previous reviews and state that this was one of my more unprofessional interviews and was an overall large waste of time.
