Progressive Insurance Claims Manager interview questions

Tough interview process. I put hours and weeks into my prep and did some really unique out of the box things to prepare. It was received well. However, I was told I had a great interview but the person who got it had more experience. My advise would be when preparing speak to as many people as possible and get many different views on how the job is done. Also, look for some outside the company resources that may benefit you in the new position.
