Interview
Typical process as others on here- 1.apply 2. Skills test 3. Phone interview 4. In person I interview 5. Background check.
Initially I made it to the in person interview and started my background check. The check was cancelled mid way through as I was not selected for the position. The recruiter did say they would keep my information on hand and call if another opportunity were to come up.
About a month later, I received a call from the recruiter asking if I would still be interested. I scheduled another in person interview at the office. 2 days later I received the request for background. I was called with an offer once the background check was cleared.
The position the second time around was never posted on indeed or even their own job website. If you are not selected the first round make sure and ask your recruiter to be placed in their talent pool should any openings become available! They do not always post all the positions for the public to apply for. Although a very long process, it will be well worth the effort and wait!
