Interview
I met with two people for an hour. Very friendly and relaxed with both asking an equal number of questions. The point of the interview, I suppose, was to make sure that I would fit in the "culture" of the office. The interviewers told me that Progressive doesn't often hire from outside the organization. Good experience overall.

Phone Screening, video-recorded responses to questions, then a 1:1 interview with a team manager. It is best to review the STAR method (watch some Youtube videos) and think of specific scenarios to speak about. You can listen to the question, then click to proceed onto recording your video interview, but you can only re-record 1 time, and you cannot go back to choose your first video response if you do.
