This is a horrible experience. The interviewer has terrible listening skills and not really engaging in the interview process. She is not friendly and I felt that I was being interrogated in a police station even this is done as a phone interview.
I was asked situational questions and I answered them relating to my work experiences. I do not even know how she became a recruiter. If you are a recruiter, you should listen and engage in a conversation with the applicant.
I didn't get the job.The interview was on a Friday and as soon as I opened my email on a Monday the following week, I had the generic response.
I hope Progressive would see the quality of their interviewers and I wish that interview was monitored. I am highly disappointed.

So far the interview process started with an assessment about yourself and how you would fit into the role along with behavioral and situational style questions. On to the Video interview which is where I am currently at in the process.

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.
