12/1/2016 - Applied online - Saw job listing on Indeed.com 12/1/2016 - Passed initial Review and emailed Assessment to pass for next phase - Passed 12/2/2016 - Emailed about scheduling phone interview - Picked next available date 12/7/2016 - Phone interview with recruiter. Lasted 52 Minutes with Allison. She was personable and really engaging. Was told at the interview I was being moved to the final stage as long as my background check was cleared. Recruiter informed me that there was only one Hiring Manager for the state of Florida and would be on Vacation for 2 weeks so the face to face wouldn't be until after the new year and that after the face to face I would be told something within 5 business days. 12/7/2016 - Completed Background check through HireRight - Very easy, all able to do from your phone. May need additional forms, but you can take a picture and upload from your phone. 12/15/2016 - Passed Background Check 12/20/2016 - Emailed for confirmation for face to face manager. Asked to pick interview time and date. Picked the most available date 1/3/2017 - Interview tomorrow morning face to face - will update afterwards.

So I will admit, the interview process is lengthily but it is all worth it! First I had to pass the assessment, then the video submissions and once I finally passed that I was able to actually connect with the recruiter and just go over what there was to be expected in my upcoming video interview with management. She gave me all of the info as to what were some things that were going to focus on the most ( Time Management & Decision Making ) and to just have some examples already set. I made myself a google doc with different questions and answers (all STAR format based) because the STAR format is how theyu conduct the interviews. But after about a week of getting all of these things done, I had my interview on a Tuesday and was told I would be hearing from the recruiter within a couple of days but was lucky enough to receive a call later that same day and HAPPILY ACCETPED! Good things come to those who wait. The questions I put below aren't the exact ones but they are pretty much the same, they are the answers I used for my interview answers.
