First they send you test, the next step is interview by phone, then 1-1 interview at the office (I wasn't chosen for the 3rd interview).
The test is pretty easy: couple math questions then STAR.
As for the phone interview basically they are looking for someone who will fit the position physiologically. It was really a nice talk, no pressure at all. The recruiter was very polite and asked related to job and past experience questions.

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received.
