Interview
So I will admit, the interview process is lengthily but it is all worth it! First I had to pass the assessment, then the video submissions and once I finally passed that I was able to actually connect with the recruiter and just go over what there was to be expected in my upcoming video interview with management. She gave me all of the info as to what were some things that were going to focus on the most ( Time Management & Decision Making ) and to just have some examples already set. I made myself a google doc with different questions and answers (all STAR format based) because the STAR format is how theyu conduct the interviews. But after about a week of getting all of these things done, I had my interview on a Tuesday and was told I would be hearing from the recruiter within a couple of days but was lucky enough to receive a call later that same day and HAPPILY ACCETPED! Good things come to those who wait. The questions I put below aren't the exact ones but they are pretty much the same, they are the answers I used for my interview answers.

Interview
Long process, pre-screen, video interview, another interview with leadership. It was definitely a long drawn out process. I have never experienced anything of the sort. If I don’t get an offer I’m not sure I’d ever apply again, it was very intimidating.
It ending up being a waste of time. Before having some submit a video interview, actually take the time to review their resume, to see if they would be a good fit.
