I applied through a job posting on Indeed.
3 days later I received an email asking me to complete an online assessment.
I completed the assessment and a week later I received an email to schedule a phone interview.
I had the phone interview, it was a lot of STAR questions. The woman was very professional, but not overly friendly. She explained to me that she was filling in for someone else and she had limited knowledge of the position specifics to my area. The phone interview was long but not overbearing and she said that someone would follow up with me soon and tell me either way.
That was over 3 weeks ago now, and I have not heard anything from Progressive. Using the 2 week rule I am making the assumption that I was not selected and it doesn't fit the timeline with the other interview reviews that have been posted on here.

So far the interview process started with an assessment about yourself and how you would fit into the role along with behavioral and situational style questions. On to the Video interview which is where I am currently at in the process.

The video interview you answer I believe 6 questions and you have 2 attempts to complete the questions. The video had me kind of stressed

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.
