The hiring process is very structured. You apply online. If they are interested in you they will have you complete a test. If you pass the test the will schedule a phone screening with an hr rep. The hr rep will determine who moves on to the manager interviews. If you make it to a manger interview you will likely meet with two managers at the same time. The will ask you targeted selection questions. It is best to answer using the STAR format (Situation Task Action taken Results) you can google target selection questions to prepare for the interview. Be prepared to answer negative question ex. ( tell me about a time that you didn't complete a project that you were assigned). If you are selected from the manager interview they will the finish completing the background check before making a formal offer. This can sometimes take an addititional week or two depending on your former employers.
