I just completed a pre-employment screening with absurd questions such as, "have you ever disliked anyone?" This is a massive red flag for me. Applicants are typically wary of tests like this as they show that the organization does not trust the applicant before they even get hired. Please stop doing these useless personality tests. You are scaring away some of the best potential candidates.
