Interview
After submitting online application, you are requested to complete two online assessments, mostly multiple choice questions, with a call center type simulation in one of the assessments. If you score satisfactorily, you are requested to participate in a phone interview with a recruiter. Mine lasted about 30 minutes and included some basic Q&A and a few behavioral (STAR) type questions. If selected to move forward, you must complete a background check and then an in-person interview is scheduled. The in-person interview was similar to the phone interview and included four behavioral questions.

So far the interview process started with an assessment about yourself and how you would fit into the role along with behavioral and situational style questions. On to the Video interview which is where I am currently at in the process.

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.
