I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Progressive Insurance (New York, NY) in Apr 2016
Interview
Very basic questions about the position and how you handle various situations. Though the answers were very detailed the interviewer later stated that I did not have enough leadership experience though I supervised others in the past and this was not a requirement for the position. She wasn't very friendly and didn't respond to questions in a timely manner. And I think she is one of few who interviews for all Claims Adjuster Trainee positions with this company. I would say to definitely try another company. Seems only certain people actually get these jobs.
