Communication was great but my interview was an absolute waste of time. Hiring manager made a hiring decision before all candidates were interviewed. Interviewer told me at the end of the interview that she was meeting with the hiring manager that evening to discuss candidates but she had another interview the next day. So essentially she wasted 45 minutes of mine and another candidates time for a position that had already been filled. I was appalled at the lack of professionalism to hire for a position prior to finishing all interviews you had selected during that open application. Was super excited about possibly working for this company but have lost all respect for them if this is how they conduct business

So far the interview process started with an assessment about yourself and how you would fit into the role along with behavioral and situational style questions. On to the Video interview which is where I am currently at in the process.

The video interview you answer I believe 6 questions and you have 2 attempts to complete the questions. The video had me kind of stressed

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.
