STAR method. Pretty intense, plan on preparing a LOT of examples of ‘time that I’ve_____” with solid detail and positive outcomes. In probably 3 rounds of interviews, I asked a few times about internal candidates and got no, not really. But when the offer didn’t come, it was because it went to an internal person.
