Interview
Apparently they look for different things within the same position in different states and nothing is the same. Applied for two different states with the same resume and experience. Received the online test for the first and am in the process of my phone interview, whereas for the second state, they updated my profile to “Not Selected” before even being sent the exam. I have a degree in the industry, and years of experience in the position. I was planning on relocating, but it may have been a turn-off that I didn’t live there currently. Huge turn-off for Progressive for me.

So far the interview process started with an assessment about yourself and how you would fit into the role along with behavioral and situational style questions. On to the Video interview which is where I am currently at in the process.

The video interview you answer I believe 6 questions and you have 2 attempts to complete the questions. The video had me kind of stressed

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.
