I applied through an employee referral. 1. Applied online 2. The next day I received instructions to complete part one of the online testing 3. 2 days later I received an email to complete part two of the online testing 4. Next day I received an email saying I received qualifying results 5. 8 days later I received an email to schedule phone interview 6. Completed phone interview and was told at the end of the phone interview that I would be moving forward. 7. Next day I received background request 8. Had my in person interview with 2 managers 9. 4 days later I received a call from recruiter saying that they liked me and they were just waiting on my background check. And here comes the hard part. The waiting game. My background check took roughly 2 weeks. Today I found out that my background check was completed and that I would be receiving a call with my official offer tomorrow. Some advice - research star based questions. I researched and practiced questions and answers and this helped me a lot. Think about why you want to be apart of Progressive. The process is lengthy and I believe it is meant to weed out the people who are only wanting a job and not a long term career.
