First of all, let me mention that Progressive has one of the most thorough, extensive and rigorous processes in place for recruiting than I’ve ever seen.
This process takes you on a journey that I believe portrays how the job will be, hard work yet very rewarding if you execute properly .

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received.
