Fake, they put you through so much. I believe I will have a better chance with the government. I know I am more than qualified for the position. I have much experience. I interviewed with Nicole Peterman in Ohio. She asked in her email if I had any questions or needed any feedback I could email her. I have yet to hear from her. What gets me what are they really looking for? I live and breath working with people and I can manage any workload. What I was told by insiders is they sometimes already have a someone in mine but they have to go through the process of showing they have made an effort to interview candidates. Why waste peoples time. I am educated, I have taken several classes that have more than prepared me for the position. I know I did well in the interview, Yes I was kind of nervous, but that is normal. Progressive passed by a good worker because of the opinion of one person. I have read some of the responses and I guess I am not the only one. Also, I agree with a lot of them, Why is the STAR format used to determine anything. What happened to skill and knowledge. It is a big disappointment. this whole process needs to be revamped. They are biased and using the star format as an excuse.
