Applied, 2 weeks later phone interview. Was about 30mins. Recruiter was informative but sounded very fake. Asked 2 behavior questions and stated I’d get a email on rather or not I’ve been selected for a face to face interview. 4 days later I was not selected and considering I’ve been offered other claims positions at other insurance companies idk why I wasn’t selected. All of them ask the same type of questions. It was Just a waste of my time. I read thru the reviews on here and I see they where true. don’t waste your time. All they do is give false hope. I’m glad I already accepted another offer so no lost here.

So far the interview process started with an assessment about yourself and how you would fit into the role along with behavioral and situational style questions. On to the Video interview which is where I am currently at in the process.

The video interview you answer I believe 6 questions and you have 2 attempts to complete the questions. The video had me kind of stressed

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.
