The process involved two online assessments, a phone interview, a background check, and an in-person interview. The online assessments are simple and mostly consist of questions where you rate how much you agree or disagree with a statement. The link to the first online assessment was sent to me a couple of days after I submitted my application, and the second link was sent a few days after I completed the first assessment. After I completed both assessments and received notice that I qualified to continue the interview process, I got an email that let me schedule a time for the phone interview. The phone interview lasted about 45 minutes and consisted mostly of STAR method questions (Progressive has info on their website about STAR questions and how to prepare for them). I also learned a little about the position and was able to ask questions. I was informed that I qualified for the in-person interview within 24 hours of the phone interview. Again, I was sent an email to schedule the interview. I was also sent an email to begin the background check process. The in-person interview was largely the same as the phone interview - STAR questions, plus information about the position. I was not offered the job, but the experience was positive overall. I definitely recommend practicing STAR questions as much as possible if you are serious about applying.
