The whole process seemed daunting at first, but the interviewers for both the phone and the virtual interview were amazing and I didn’t even realize after a while that it was an interview and we spoke for well over the time allotted each time. It took a bit of time to hear back, but it ended up being okay.
They use STAR questions, but they ease into it as well as let you know in advance. I kept it conversationally, and it didn’t seem like I was getting interviewed, more like having a conversation with someone over coffee... well, at least that’s what it felt like to me. They go into detail about the onboarding, pay and training process, along with rough start dates. They even gave me their story and how they came to work at Progressive. I appreciated that i was given a lot of information.

So far the interview process started with an assessment about yourself and how you would fit into the role along with behavioral and situational style questions. On to the Video interview which is where I am currently at in the process.

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.

In the assessment they asked more likely style type of questions and behavioral questions. Some parts of the assessment are timed.
