06/25/18: Applied for position online 06/25/18: Received email to take progressive assessment 06/26/18: Received email stating I received qualifying results on the employment assessment, resume was forwarded to team for review. 07/19/18: Received email to schedule phone interview 07/24/18: Phone interview, recruiter said towards the end of the phone call that she was going to go ahead and pass me. 07/24/18: received email for background check 07/26/18: Background check passed 07/27/18: Received phone call from recruiter to schedule the face to face interview. 08/01/18: In person interview, the hiring manager said towards the end of the interview that I should hear back from them in about 1 week. 08/07/18: Received phone call, offer extended. 07/27/18: Received phone call to schedule in person interview Overall the hiring process experience with progressive was extremely positive for me. I have gone through other hiring process with other insurance companies and those have been much more difficult as well as pointless and a lot more time consuming. So far Progressive seems like a great company to work for. I hope I am not let down once I start working there. Everyone who I spoke to on the phone and in person was helpful, motivating, and informative.

Applied and was sent an email stating to move forward with the next step which was the assessment, assessment was about 40-50 minutes to complete, submitted the assessment and after 20 minutes was emailed that I was being taken to the next step which was the hirevue interview
