I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Progressive Insurance (Cleveland, OH)
Interview
Met them at a career fair, followed by a phone interview then one-site interviews. They flew me to their headquarters and paid for a hotel and dinner with managers the night before. The next day went to the headquarters for interviews, 2 were conducted with managers met at dinner the night before.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Progressive Insurance (Mayfield Heights, Cuyahoga, OH) in Apr 2017
Interview
Very behavioral, by getting to the interview process they've already assumed you know how to code or enough about technology to perform any job asked of you in the position, so interviews focus on past behavior as a predictor for future behavior.

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Progressive Insurance (Bloomington, IN) in Jan 2017
Interview
I went to their booth at a campus career fair and they seemed very easy going and interesting to talk to. I interviewed with them the next day on campus and in person. I was expected to have taken their online assessment prior to doing the interview which provided a very short window to take the exam and I did not know how difficult the exam would be or if it would be technical or behavioral. It ended up being both. The interview went okay but I took the assessment that night and received an email claiming I was not what they were looking for based on the assessment.
