Interview
I was sent a referral from a current employer of theirs. I sent in my resume and filled out the online application form. I was invited to take their skills and personality test. They give two hours total, but it will take about a quarter of that time to complete. I was emailed an invitation to schedule a phone interview. My interview is in four days, so I am preparing for the STAR based questions and learning more about the company itself.

You will need to know how to read graphs and simple math calculations. They will ask about how you handle yourself during times of crises with customers as well as other employees.

So far the interview process started with an assessment about yourself and how you would fit into the role along with behavioral and situational style questions. On to the Video interview which is where I am currently at in the process.

The video interview you answer I believe 6 questions and you have 2 attempts to complete the questions. The video had me kind of stressed

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.
