It was very easy not too formal laid back. One of the best interviews i’ve Ever had the interviewer made me feel very comfortable basically kept it very conversational. The phone interview I felt like I didn’t do good but to my surprise they wanted me for in person which was awsome and I nailed it. But you will have to do 2 background checks one with hire right and another for your liscensing.
