First, after you submit your application and if their AI system likes your resume, you will be emailed an assessment to take. If you pass the assessment, you will be sent an invitation to record a HireVue interview. If the leadership team likes your answers to those questions, you will be offered a video interview with the leadership team. The questions they ask need to be answered in the STAR format.

Make sure you research the star method. I did not interview with the hiring managers, but they were really nice. The interview felt more like a conversation and I felt really comfortable.

Online Test and then a virtual interview where you listen to prerecorded questions and have to record and answers sent back. You have a few minutes to answer and send back.
