Once your application is accepted you should receive an email to complete a skills test online. If you pass the skills test you will get an email to complete a virtual interview. In the virtual interview you will video-record (using your webcam or phone camera) your responses to 8 questions. The material said that it would take around 20 to 30 minutes but in reality you should set aside at least an hour. It was typical STAR-based questions and you are able to delete a recording and restart if you need it too but only once per question. You are allowed between 2 to 3 minutes per question as well.
