Process begins with a behavioral assessment online. If you get past this step, you go on to a skills test. Once this has been completely and you move forward, you record a virtual interview with prerecorded questions. If you are moved on to the final interview step, understand that this is also done online. Questions are based on the STAR method and the recruiter expects detailed accounts of your work experience. All in all, best interview I’ve had personally. Unfortunately Covid-19 shut everything down for now causing the company to withdraw the position.

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received.
