Initial application, then assessment. It was a quiz with some vocabulary and math. Mostly computing percentages, if you have any experience calculating coinsurance this will be EASY. There was also a personality assessment.
The next step was the HireVue video interview. This was daunting. I gave myself two days to research questions, watch Youtube vids, and I was still incredibly flustered. If you are very good with face to face interviews this may trip you up a bit. Its unnerving to hear/see yourself on video and remain focused on the 30 seconds to prepare, 3 min window to record, and remember to answer in the STAR format.
I did my best, hopefully it was enough to move forward in the process. I am a licensed but this will be my first role as an adjuster

The video interview you answer I believe 6 questions and you have 2 attempts to complete the questions. The video had me kind of stressed
