The assessment is thorough and you will need to dedicate at least an hour in a quiet space, on a COMPUTER, to take it.
I recommend reviewing STAR format and questions prior to submitting your recorded interview. You will only have a couple minutes and two attempts to recite each answer. Look into some of the questions on here to get an idea on what will be asked.
During your second virtual interview with the hiring manager, place heavy emphasis on any customer service or call-center based experience you have. They want to know that you can deal with a high level of stress & that you have experience on phones, dealing with disgruntled customers all day. They also want you to appear dedicated to work more than 40hrs a week.
Some hiring managers get back to you within a week, but I was offered the position during the video call.

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received.
