I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Progressive Insurance (Houston, TX) in Jun 2021
Interview
*APPLIED June15th
*Request to take assessment June 16th-completed same day
*Request to take Hirevue video interview June 17th
completed on June 21 ( I made sure to prepare for the interview questions)
*Requested via live interview on the June 25.
* Offer letter sent on June 28th.
This interview process was truly stressful, but if I didn't research the the possible questions I was to be asked before hand I would have not received a live interview invite. 8 questions will be asked for the Hirevue. All question that were asked have to be answered in the STAR format and you get 2 tries for each questions. Make sure you go over the questions and give yourself some time to study the STAR format response way. Once this is completed and you get a live interview request they will ask at least 5 more question, they are expecting you to answer in the STAR method again. Just make sure your answers sound like a story with a beginning, middle and the outcome of that problem. They want to know "what was your solution".
