There was an assessment, and then a pre-recorded interview, and then an interview with one person via Hirevue. The actual interview I thought was a bit challenging but also average, I was not expecting so many questions. It was about an hour long. The beginning questions were: to explain each job position, explain why you left each job, explain what you liked least and most about each job, explain a day in each job from start to finish.
I was then asked behavioral-based questions and there were additional questions asked when i was done answering. The questions, as far as i can remember, are: explain a time when a coworker and you disagreed about how you handled a situation, explain a time you went above and beyond a customers expectations, explain a time you had to communicate with multiple people to solve a problem, explain a time you made a quick decision and it didn't go as planned, explain a time when a customers expectations were not met and how you handled it, explain a time how you handled a difficult customer, explain a time you were overwhelmed and how you handled it, explain when you had to time manage multiple priorities, what would your past boss say you can work on as an employee, paint the picture of what your ideal work environment is, are you just looking to work in the insurance industry, what are your hobbies.
Also, I looked at Madeline Mann's youtube videos as someone else recommended. I feel like the answers i used from those videos had the interviewer more intrigued, and wanting to ask more questions. I also learned that this training position isn't just for becoming a claims adjuster, but also a medical adjuster.
