1st, received an email for assessment. It included math, vocabulary knowledge, and a sample call that gives you directions and see how you apply what you've learned to the sample call.
2nd, received an email for virtual interview. They provide 5 questions to be answered in STAR METHOD -**Please take the time to practice and review the Star Method**. You are given typed questions and are able to record yourself answering the questions. You have 2 attempts. You will see that if you skip the 1st attempt, you will be given more time to think of your answer, but honestly I answered majority of my questions in 1st attempt. I believed that's the best way to do it.
3rd, received email for virtual live interview with a person. You are able to choose what day and time you would like out of what they provide. The 1st part is about your previous job experience and why you left the jobs. I RECOMMEND TO MAKE SURE YOU RELATE YOUR PREVIOUS JOB EXPERIENCE TO WHAT THE PROGRESSIVE JOB DESCRIPTION IS AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE (this is where I failed). The 2nd part, they ask you 5 questions. I will provide all 5 questions that they asked. The 3rd part will be asking if you have any questions. I believe it is important to ask relevant questions to show interest.
Smile, dress as if you were at an actual interview, practice the STAR Method (try to use Star Method in every answer), relate previous job experience to current job description, and try to be patient with the response times. Good Luck!
The gap in time between emails vary from what I've read here. But for me, I got an email for the assessment a day after the application was submitted. I got an email for the virtual interview a day after the assessment was submitted. 2 business days after the virtual interview, I received an email to schedule for the live person virtual interview. 3 business days after the live person interview, I received an email stating I was not selected.
