Interview
First you take an online assessment. Then once you have passed that they send you a video interview where you get 3 minutes to answer each question. There were 8 questions I had answered.
I thought the questions were difficult. It is a behavioral- based interview, for example, what is a time you..., the steps you took to achieve this task , and the results. You have to answer in specific format called STAR. Make sure you have strong answers.
I have applied twice and have not gotten past this video interview.

So far the interview process started with an assessment about yourself and how you would fit into the role along with behavioral and situational style questions. On to the Video interview which is where I am currently at in the process.

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.
