I was certain some of the negative reviews were just debbie downers who didn't get the job. I was referred through my sister who raved about how much the company values referrals. I have 9 years real estate and mortgage experience, working independently in a sales role that is high stress. I studied the questions, passed the assessment and was asked for a video interview. I prepared adequately, and am familiar with STAR format and behavioral assessment style question. I had numerous stories prepared, and answered questions about my experienced (2 jobs in the last decade). I finished the video interview at 9pm EST, and by 8;30AM EST was notified via email that I was declined. I think that if you aren't a "worker bee" you will be declined. I was looking for a career change and was upfront about that and was willing to take a pay cut in order to join a notable company.

So far the interview process started with an assessment about yourself and how you would fit into the role along with behavioral and situational style questions. On to the Video interview which is where I am currently at in the process.

The video interview you answer I believe 6 questions and you have 2 attempts to complete the questions. The video had me kind of stressed

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.
