Behavioral Based Interview with recruiters as well as management. It takes a lot of assessments as well as time in order just to reach the interview process. Questions are redundant, common sense even if you do not have experience in that exact element they are looking for. The on-line assessments took about 10 hours to complete in total with various work related questions and skill assessment.
