It was okay mainly Starr questions that were easy to answer. I think they have a high turn around cause it’s a call center but they’re big on growth. Love that

Very detailed and lengthy interview process. Approx. 2 month long Background check goes back 5 years. Make sure you are very honest on the job history. They are very big on the STAR method during interview response.
