(They ended up basically asking this same question again later with slightly different wording, so try to be ready to have alternative responses to some questions) - Wrapped up with time to ask any questions I had for them and then and then explained it would be 7-10 business days for a decision response. **Rejection Email ( Dec 16 )** You need to religiously follow each step of the STAR format when answering questions and be specific explaining how YOU handled such situation. I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.
