You will have to complete an assessment first, and then you will receive a hire right video interview invite. Once you’ve completed and passed the recorded interview, you will be emailed and asked to pick a time/date. The interview will mainly consist of STAR questions, but the questions were the same questions that were on the recorded interview. You can’t repeat the same answers though. Process took about a week or two, very simple and easy.
