The interview process was fairly straight-forward. Spoke with Recruiter for the initial pre-screening. Then, had two additional interviews, the first with the department manager, and second with the department manager and direct supervisor. Was told after the second departmental interview to expect to hear back in about half a week, but that they would still be interviewing so it might just be a wait longer type e-mail. After about 10 days with no contact, I sent an e-mail requesting an update. Was ghosted. Very disappointing that they couldn't be bothered to send any type of follow-up.
