Useless - The HR prescreen interview was fine. They scheduled the next interview and the hiring manager never showed up, nor responded to my inquiry about rescheduling. I reached back out to the HR contact that set up the interview, and he didn't even bother to respond back. The job has since been closed out. I'm fine not being selected, however being rude and not even giving me the courtesy of responding is unacceptable. Why would anyone want to work here if this is how they treat people.
