Via a headhunter.
3 rounds:
1st round: with HR based in Blackburn, via phone interview
2nd round: with hiring manager
3rd round: made to do business plans for new and existing markets. Then present the business plans to COO and HR via Skype and hiring manager. COO seemed to be in a rush and did not drill into the business plans that were prepared. Instead asked a few "strategic" questions.
