I went through a lengthy interview process with this company, enduring five separate 45-minute interviews. This consumed a significant amount of my time, especially while balancing my current job responsibilities. What frustrated me most was the inconsistency in their process; I was told I would interview with the team first, followed by the manager, but it happened the opposite way around. To top it off, despite all these interviews, the position was never filled. This entire experience felt like a massive waste of time. I would caution others about committing to such a disorganized and ultimately fruitless interview process.
