"speed date" type format. Very frenzied. After a brief introduction to company, candidates did 3 ten-minute interviews. After interviews were over candidates were able to socialize with Proofpoint current employees. Needed to wait 3+ days to find out if they'd move forward. 10 minutes was not enough time to have a meaningful conversation nor able to get more than 1-2 of my questions answered.
