The process was thorough with several touchpoints. The recruiter did a fantastic job touching base without me throughout the process, especially because there was a short delay with the holidays. I met with the recruiter, hiring manager, department head, HRBPs, and the L&D team, and also did a demo training session. While the process was a bit long, it's not unusual for this type of role and comparable to my experiences with other companies.
